The overall process was excellent. Better than I've ever had in the last 10 years. A little glitch is that a rental survey was required and I was not notified upfront. I needed to pay $150 out of my pocket.
Watermark was a pleasure to work with and VERY helpful and informative on everything I was asking. Kept in contact EVERY single day and all phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend Nannette if you need to refinance or are looking for a loan to purchase a property. She was very responsive and easy to work with. The entire process was very smooth and extremely fast. We were scheduled to sign escrow papers within 9 working days of my initial contact with Nannette! However, due to the recent government shutdown (no fault of Nannette's) there was a delay with obtaining our tax transcripts from the IRS so the signing was delayed. Nannette Zazan was excellent to work with. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to my needs. She maintained nearly daily contact with me despite vacations and hectic schedules on both of our parts. She is very personable, friendly and was overall a pleasure to work with. My husband and I worked with Casey Lamm at Watermark Home Loans to finance our new home in September. We started the process several months earlier when we began our search for our new home. At that time, they pre-qualified us and made the whole process as simple as possible. They even managed to close earlier with a lower rate than we expected.
