I have dealt with Nick and Casey for some time, in preparation for the right time to refinance, and will say that I was very pleased with the process, the follow up, the speed, and education and leadership they provided me. I would highly recommend them to others.
Casey did a great job getting things to and explaining them to the underwriter. It is a very stressful thing to get a new mortgage with all the new clamp down on qualifications. Casey and Watermark made the process smoother and as painless as possible.
I was very impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was. Casey and Nick went above and beyond to get my loan closed at the best possible rate. Very professional. I would definitely use Watermark again!!

Refi exsisting home loan from Navy Federal Credit Union to Watermark. Jennifer Chang was extremely helpful and I was shocked on how fast the process took!!
Jennifer was extremely helpful and responsive; I would highly recommend her services. The only issue that I encountered was with their loan processing department. As a broker, they will obviously sell these loans to big banks. Watermark's instruction to me was to pay Watermark for the first few months until Wells Fargo "officially" takes over the loan. Watermark promised to process my payment, which they did not. I was subsequently late on my very first mortgage payment, but Wells Fargo waived all fees.
My refinance experience started on the downside with a mortgage consultant who is no longer with Watermark. I was then contacted by Junius Lim who more than made up for his former co-worker. Junius picked up the pieces and got my refinance done very quickly and efficiently. I did have some special requests and like clockwork Junius accommodated me. I have completed multiple loans/refi's and this experience by far was the most pleasant and quick. If you want someone to work for YOU then give Junius a call!
I worked with Patrick Ladkani on multiple refinances over the years. I am always extremely satisfied with his zero cost refinances and have referred him many times (and those folks have been happy with him too). I've worked with one other mortgage broker, and tried to work with the banks, but Patrick's deals were easily the best I found. Overall we had a very positive experience. Whenever we had questions we would call Jennifer and she would always get back to us within 36 hours. I'm sure it was difficult being that we are on opposite sides of the country but she was knowledgeable and very helpful. If she didn't have an answer, she would find out and get back to us.
