Nannette helped us refinance two of our properties. She is very knowledgeable and she helped us pick the best product for each of our properties. She shows she cares, which is something we're not accustomed to in this and other industries as of late.We highly recommend Nannette for either your refinance or home purchase needs. Casey did a great job getting things to and explaining them to the underwriter. It is a very stressful thing to get a new mortgage with all the new clamp down on qualifications. Casey and Watermark made the process smoother and as painless as possible.

Refi exsisting home loan from Navy Federal Credit Union to Watermark. Jennifer Chang was extremely helpful and I was shocked on how fast the process took!!
Jennifer was extremely helpful and responsive; I would highly recommend her services. The only issue that I encountered was with their loan processing department. As a broker, they will obviously sell these loans to big banks. Watermark's instruction to me was to pay Watermark for the first few months until Wells Fargo "officially" takes over the loan. Watermark promised to process my payment, which they did not. I was subsequently late on my very first mortgage payment, but Wells Fargo waived all fees.
My refinance experience started on the downside with a mortgage consultant who is no longer with Watermark. I was then contacted by Junius Lim who more than made up for his former co-worker. Junius picked up the pieces and got my refinance done very quickly and efficiently. I did have some special requests and like clockwork Junius accommodated me. I have completed multiple loans/refi's and this experience by far was the most pleasant and quick. If you want someone to work for YOU then give Junius a call!
I worked with Patrick Ladkani on multiple refinances over the years. I am always extremely satisfied with his zero cost refinances and have referred him many times (and those folks have been happy with him too). I've worked with one other mortgage broker, and tried to work with the banks, but Patrick's deals were easily the best I found.
