Anytime I had a question, Jennifer was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. In fact after I had my experience with her I gave a guy I know her number, but you were unable to help him. I would highly recommend Jennifer in your company to help anybody I know. Very pleasant experience. Didn't quite know what to expect as all of our previous financing was done with brick and mortar banks. Process was reasonably fast considering all of the new rules in place. Communication was good and fast. I would encourage anyone wanting to refinance to seriously consider Watermark Home Loans.

Junius Lim with Watermark Loans was extremely helpful in the refinancing process. He was very responsive and followed through with some closing costs/tax concerns I had with the state of VA. Junius followed through a month later - he had to wait that long for all of the transactions to take place - and settled the issues with the state, even though he lives in CA and he didn't have to since we had already closed.
