I was very pleased and Junius did a great job in explaining everything so that the terms of the loan were understood. He was also very responsive and available when I had questions. He always got back to me immediately.

I received an offer to to reduce my interest rate back in 8/12 back then offer was 3.25% a great offer, I contacted this CO. at first I was hesitant since I had first contacted BANK OF AMERICA to whom I was paying my mortgage their response was I would have to buy points in order to get a low interest rate., this would of cost me about 15,000 dollars, I explain to the rep. the offer I had received from Watermark and he told me this company was hiding something, hidden fees that would come afterwards. She is not only current with her information, she is honest in telling the client and also the most knowledgeable, caring and customer service oriented person ever! Anytime I had a question, Jennifer was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. In fact after I had my experience with her I gave a guy I know her number, but you were unable to help him. I would highly recommend Jennifer in your company to help anybody I know. I really couldn't say enough good things about my experience with dealing with her, she must be a major asset to your company.

Very pleasant experience. Didn't quite know what to expect as all of our previous financing was done with brick and mortar banks. Process was reasonably fast considering all of the new rules in place. Communication was good and fast. I would encourage anyone wanting to refinance to seriously consider Watermark Home Loans.

Junius Lim with Watermark Loans was extremely helpful in the refinancing process. He was very responsive and followed through with some closing costs/tax concerns I had with the state of VA. Junius followed through a month later - he had to wait that long for all of the transactions to take place - and settled the issues with the state, even though he lives in CA and he didn't have to since we had already closed. It was a great process, was fast, and even made arrangements to have the paperwork delivered to my wife and then delivered to me. This was very appreciated, since we were about 4.5hrs apart from each other during the signing process..
