I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Chang on two separate occasions. The first time I had contacted various loan representatives to refinance 2 pieces of property. No one felt they could assist me, however, when I contacted Jennifer she was able to accomplish what I wanted. My loan officer Junius Lim was the best. Every time I called him with a question he was there to answer all my questions. I got a great rate and the whole process was hassle free. Junius was very helpful and answered every question I had..and there were alot. He explained everything that was going on and I even asked questions of him after his job was done. He is very professional and hard working to make he clients comfortable.
Great lender. Jennifer Chang was more than helpful when answering any questions. My only issue was that they are only the loan originator, had I known my loan would have been serviced by Wells Fargo I would have had second thoughts. Not a big fan of WF. However Watermark does an excellent job.
Jennifer Chang was amazing to work with and extremely helpful. Our refi experience was mostly positive, however when the rates changed unexpectedly, the company seemed not as forthcoming with information and response time.
I have used Watermark for numerous loans, both refi and new. They have always been dependable and professional. Always on time. I even had three refi's closing concurrently and all went perfectly. I have recommeded them to my friends and they raved about their performance. I couldn't recceomend them more.
I only came back to Watermark because of Jennifer Chang. She helped me close a loan a couple of years ago and I had such a great experience with her I contact her again.
Best experience I've had with refinancing ever!!!! I've met with other companies and always declined as it never seemed to work out as an overall saving.
