I just closed on a new home purchase with Watermark. I had a 30-day escrow with financial penalties if I went over the 30 days, so I was very interested in keeping things moving. Nannette Kazan and the rest of the team did a great job of helping me through the process and we closed on-time with no issues. Watermark also offered a MUCH better rate on my 30-year fixed loan than I could find elsewhere. I very much recommend Nannette and Watermark.

Delivered the refi loan as offered. The process was convenient in that many of the documents could be emailed or faxed. Lenders have increased scrutiny for loans, but I am glad Watermark anticipated most of them and prepared my file well.
Nannette Kazan, Has been a jewel to work with, I have dealt with several mortgage brokers over the years and Nannette is by far the best I have worked with. She is extremely professional, timely in response to questions, and extremely knowledgeable. I would happily work with her again.
