My wife and I refinanced using Casey Lamm at Watermark Home Loans. He was great to work with as his customer service was exceptional. He was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He was also very helpful with explaining answers to some of our questions in language we could clearly understand. We have already recommended Casey and Watermark to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.
Nannette Kazan was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. She talked me thru the process, answered all my questions in a very timely manner and was totally responsive.

Casey was excellent - provided all the details about the loan and fees in a timely manner, helped the process to move along quickly when it was stuck and was thoroughly professional and helpful throughout.
The people at Watermark provide a great service that blends competitive rates with excellent customer service. Their staff is very knowledgeable and really help make a complicated process much easier for a home buyer. They know every step of the process and their follow through is best I've seen. Their staff proactively worked with me and all the other involved parties (real estate agent, escrow, appraiser, title company, etc...) to close my loan in 13 days.
Everything about the process was easy and outstanding. We worked with Nannette Kazan and she was awsome. I am in the Marine Corps and training often makes things difficult. Watermark Home Loans was able to work around our training and meet any and all of our requests. We have worked with other services and wil likely never use any other company. They conducted both of our refi loans at the same time and got us the lowest rates out there for each. I recommend them to everyone!
Kory and the team at Watermark Home Loans did a great job on refinancing my home. Kory was very professional and on time, his team as well. I would recommend him to anyone I know for home loans.
