Nannette Kazan had completd two loans for me. My experience with her was outstanding, she is very knowledgable, thourgh, and resonsive. I am recommending her to my friends who want a new loan or a refinance.
I have purchased several homes and refinanced multiple times and working with watermark was by far the easiest loan funding process I have ever been through. Service level was outstanding. The entire team was responsive at all points through the process. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to finance a mortgage.
I've refinanced twice with Watermark. Nick is terrific- knowledgeable and responsive. The closings were the smoothest we've ever done. We live in Connecticut and did everything remotely. I wasn't sure how it was going to work, but it was not an issue at all.
