Closed on our refinance. We are East Coast and Watermark is West Coast, but you would have thought that Nannette Kazan, our mortgage banker, was right down the street. The whole team was great and the process was great.

Nannette Kazan was our mortgage banker, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful. We feel we were very well cared for in this process. I have already referred friends and family to her for assistance in refinancing their loans.

I have just finished a refinance loan on my home with Watermark Home Loans and had the pleasure of working with Nannette Kazan as my loan officer. Having financed and refinanced many homes over the years, I must say that Nannette was the most efficient, professional, available, pleasant and knowledgeable agent that I have ever encountered. I was really impressed by Nannette's knowledge of the industry and how she always got back to me in a timely manner. I was not impressed with the underwriters. It took much longer than I expected. I was told that they where backed up. Even than Nannette was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Nannette!

I am done on refinancing my home mortgage again. Yes, it is done again, but for good. About half year ago, a home loan agent from Water Mark named Nannette Kazan helped me to refinance my mortgage at a low cost.
