Nannette was awesome. She was super on top of things and called me to give me updates and emailed me back quickly. I didn't understand a lot of the terminology and she was super helpful and explained it all to me. She helped us close and we were able to skip two mortgage payments! We were able to close with no cost out of our own pockets. It was great!

I closed on a refinance through Watermark Capital and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I got the best rate I could find anywhere, at no cost, and the whole thing took less than a month from beginning to end. Nannette Kazan was professional and on the level throughout the whole process. It is very rare nowadays to deal with someone you haven’t seen face-to-face and yet you feel you can fully trust. Thank you, Nannette. And thank you, Watermark.

Closed on our refinance. We are East Coast and Watermark is West Coast, but you would have thought that Nannette Kazan, our mortgage banker, was right down the street. The whole team was great and the process was great.

I was really impressed by Nannette's knowledge of the industry and how she always got back to me in a timely manner. I was not impressed with the underwriters. It took much longer than I expected. I was told that they where backed up. Even than Nannette was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Nannette!

I am done on refinancing my home mortgage again. Yes, it is done again, but for good. About half year ago, a home loan agent from Water Mark named Nannette Kazan helped me to refinance my mortgage at a low cost.
