I refi-ed twice via Watermark, both times with Cathy Dragna. For condos in California, Watermark consistently have the lowest or near the lowest rates. Cathy was very patient with my questions and pushed through the second refi in less than three weeks. I definitely will check her again for my next loan.

I used Watermark for a refinance which was completed this month. Nannette Kazan was my loan adviser and she did an excellent job of keeping me informed and answering all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with her. I got great service, an excellent rate, and had very little stress.

I was impressed with the level of their professionalism and knowledge, they were very responsive to my many questions about the refinance proceedure, of which I had very little knowledge. Extremely thorough in making sure I was completely satisfied with the final interest rate and contract. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their finance services.

Patrick Ladkhani was extremely helpful on our refinanced mortgage. He helped analyze the pros and cons of various options (e.g. 15 yr vs 30 yr loan, whether to put property tax and insurance into escrow or pay it annually ourselves). He remained available to advise me when unexpected events occurred. Specifically, I discovered there had been an identity theft on my IRS account the previous year, which delayed the IRS in providing the tax records needed for my loan approval. Five stars isn't enough! I'd been putting off refinancing because I dreaded the paperwork and hassles I was certain would go along with it. I needn't have worried. I called Watermark, and luckily, was connected to Nannette Kazan. She was always professional and courteous, and knowledgeable. I worked extensively with Cathy and her team. When the first lender started dragging their heels, Cathy came back to me with a proactive suggestion on how to move forward on similar terms with a different lender that wasn't initially available when I inquired. Great experience and I would definitely refer her to friends.

I have done 2 refinances with watermark and both times they offered me the very best rates with no closing cost. I checked with several other lenders and none had come close to watermark's offer. During the refi process, I sent Eugene several emails and he would literally respond within a few minutes. I would definitely use again and would recommened others doing so also. Both times the loan was closed in a few weeks.
