I am done on refinancing my home mortgage again. Yes, it is done again, but for good. I refi-ed twice via Watermark, both times with Cathy Dragna. For condos in California, Watermark consistently have the lowest or near the lowest rates. Cathy was very patient with my questions and pushed through the second refi in less than three weeks. I definitely will check her again for my next loan.

I was impressed with the level of their professionalism and knowledge, they were very responsive to my many questions about the refinance proceedure, of which I had very little knowledge. Extremely thorough in making sure I was completely satisfied with the final interest rate and contract. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their finance services.

Patrick Ladkhani was extremely helpful on our refinanced mortgage. He helped analyze the pros and cons of various options (e.g. 15 yr vs 30 yr loan, whether to put property tax and insurance into escrow or pay it annually ourselves). He remained available to advise me when unexpected events occurred. Specifically, I discovered there had been an identity theft on my IRS account the previous year, which delayed the IRS in providing the tax records needed for my loan approval.
