I was really impressed by Nannette's knowledge of the industry and how she always got back to me in a timely manner. I was not impressed with the underwriters. It took much longer than I expected. I was told that they where backed up. Even than Nannette was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Nannette!

I am done on refinancing my home mortgage again. Yes, it is done again, but for good. I refi-ed twice via Watermark, both times with Cathy Dragna. For condos in California, Watermark consistently have the lowest or near the lowest rates. Cathy was very patient with my questions and pushed through the second refi in less than three weeks. I definitely will check her again for my next loan.

I was impressed with the level of their professionalism and knowledge, they were very responsive to my many questions about the refinance proceedure, of which I had very little knowledge. Extremely thorough in making sure I was completely satisfied with the final interest rate and contract. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their finance services.
