In the beginning, I was skeptical of the supposed "no cost closing" loan. I am now a true believer thanks to the assistance of Nannette Kazan, Loan Processor for Watermark Home Loans. I was shopping for a refinance loan, and i recieved multi offers from multi brokers. when i picked up the and spoke to Patrick Ladkani from Watermak, i immediatly felt comfortable and safe. 20 days later i had my loans wrapped up with a rate that was 1.125% lower than his closer competitor. i saved a good $225 on my payment with out paying any points at all.
I worked with Kory and he was great. All the paper work was done through scan and email up until the final papers were signed (overnighted by escrow company) which made the process go smoothly. I was quoted a rate 0.2% below the average 30 year fixed mortgage rate as quoted by bankrate with zero points and a ~$1200 origination fee or cost. There were no surprises on the final docs.
