Patrick Ladkhani was extremely helpful on our refinanced mortgage. He helped analyze the pros and cons of various options (e.g. 15 yr vs 30 yr loan, whether to put property tax and insurance into escrow or pay it annually ourselves). I have done 2 refinances with watermark and both times they offered me the very best rates with no closing cost. I checked with several other lenders and none had come close to watermark's offer. During the refi process, I sent Eugene several emails and he would literally respond within a few minutes. I would definitely use again and would recommened others doing so also. Both times the loan was closed in a few weeks.
In the beginning, I was skeptical of the supposed "no cost closing" loan. I am now a true believer thanks to the assistance of Nannette Kazan, Loan Processor for Watermark Home Loans. Her know-how helped me navigate the difficulties of the whole process and assuaged my fearsassociated with refinancing. I was shopping for a refinance loan, and i recieved multi offers from multi brokers. when i picked up the and spoke to Patrick Ladkani from Watermak, i immediatly felt comfortable and safe. 20 days later i had my loans wrapped up with a rate that was 1.125% lower than his closer competitor. i saved a good $225 on my payment with out paying any points at all.
I worked with Kory and he was great. All the paper work was done through scan and email up until the final papers were signed (overnighted by escrow company) which made the process go smoothly. I was quoted a rate 0.2% below the average 30 year fixed mortgage rate as quoted by bankrate with zero points and a ~$1200 origination fee or cost. There were no surprises on the final docs.
