cathy was a great. she did all the work for pre approval for refinancing. she set up the signing of the documents. When the taxes didn't get paid she ensured they were paid.
I was in the process of a refi on my home and almost signed with another company, when a friend suggested talking to Kory Matthys with Watermark Home loans. Kory was able to quote a better interest rate and lower closing costs. One of the things that really impressed me was he was able to help me with the numbers for the refi and waited until I was going to work with him before he pulled my credit rating.
