Great service and job I was referred to Watermark and they helped us buy our first home last summer. The team was on top of things and walked us through the process step by step. They helped my wife and I achieve our goal of owning a home before our daughter was born. This past winter we worked with them again and refinanced to take advantage of the low rates. They were great while negotiating, closing, and I would refer them to anyone I knew.
Watermark Home Loans was very helpful obtaining my refi. They explained every step and there was no disappointment throughout he loan process. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Oh yeah, lets not forget Nannette Kazan who work my refi for me. She a hard woker , never loose focus and really work hard for her customer. she the best!!!!!

I know Water Home Loan just by coincidence. Water Home Loan sent randomly a letter to me to advertise how to save money on monthly home mortgage. I refinanced my home mortgage about three years ago with another home loan agency. I had not had an intention to do again. This was my first home purchase and it was a short sale. Being a novice, I couldn't have asked for someone more knowledgeable and patient than Kory Matthys. I had spoken to a couple of other lenders found through Zillow (including Round Point) who had offered the same rate of 3.875% but they never followed up once I mentioned it was a short sale. I selected Watermark because they had one of the best interest rates that I could find. Kory Matthys was my mortgage banker. He was very knowledgeable and always responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. And he was my single point of contact throughout the whole process, which was nice.
