I closed the refinancing loan with Watermark Home Loans (broker Matt Hoey). Everything was great, I've got the rate that was promised in the beginning. Matt was very quick when I needed something from him and patient when he needed something from me. He would contact me the way that was the easiest for me (email), answer tons of my questions related and not very related to the loan process. I highly recommend him.
Just closed my refi with Watermark. I have to say that I was a little skeptical doing a refi completely remotely and sending a bunch of paperwork with all of your credit information to someone you hadn't even met, but I worked with Kory Matthys, who was really professional, super responsive, was speedy with the turnaround, sent clear instructions on what documentation he needed, kept me in the loop about status and got everything taken care of in short order. Watermark provided the loan I wanted for a fair price and in due haste, and my broker (Paul Graham) was superb. I had used the same loan broker for nearly a dozen years for a half-dozen purchases and refi's. Since, he retired last year, I needed to find someone new and found myself on Zillow's site. Paul worked round the clock to close the loan within the short time frame the seller had set and he was able to meet the deadline. I found him very responsive. I strongly recommend this guy if you want a hassle free experience.
