Patrick was great! His rates were so much lower than all others including my own bank, which whom I am a premier banker. I got no less than 7 other rate quotes from major banks to other lenders on zillow. By far, Patrick was the most pleasant to deal with. There were no high pressure sales, no false claims, and he encouraged me to shop around. Every single lender or broker told me that the loan I wanted to do was impossible, given my appraisal and my equity. Watermark found a lender that was able to do the deal and I did my re-fi. This was a huge help for me.

I requested everything in writing and they provided it quickly and explained the process of my loan thoroughly. I was afraid that their rate was just a teaser and I was going to get duped in the end but they gave me exactly what was promised and I finished my refinance. What I appreciated the most was the ability to get a response to my questions quickly.

I requested a Loan Estimate from Casey Romijn which I was able to get the same day but when he found out that I was also requesting Loan Estimates from other lenders this is what he had to say, "If​ ​you​ ​are​ ​getting​ ​5​ ​to​ ​6​ ​go​ ​with​ ​another​ ​lender". Thanks for the feedback Casey, I definitely will and will share my experience as well.

We have excellent credit (760+), full-time employed for 30+ years, excellent debt-to-income. Our refinance should have been easy. It was anything but. Every time we provided them with requested additional information (documentation, etc) we were met with yet another request for more additional information. This happened EIGHT times. After spending weeks of back and forth sending them MORE information and documentation, they told us their "investor" required that we have at least $75k in liquid assets. I was working with another lender and and after 3 or 4 months they finally sent the final documents and it was thousands more. I went on-line and found Austin. Three weeks, start to finish. YES 3 ! weeks. Unbelievable. So fast. Exactly what he promised. Lowest rate by far and I check 5 or 6 other lenders. They said his rates couldn't be done. He did it. This guy is the real deal.
