Patrick is one of the better lenders out there. He gave me a great rate and was very easy to work with.He was prompt in following up and getting the process going smoothly. Will recommend him for either your purchasing or refinancing needs.

Patrick was great! His rates were so much lower than all others including my own bank, which whom I am a premier banker. I requested everything in writing and they provided it quickly and explained the process of my loan thoroughly. I was afraid that their rate was just a teaser and I was going to get duped in the end but they gave me exactly what was promised and I finished my refinance. What I appreciated the most was the ability to get a response to my questions quickly.
I requested a Loan Estimate from Casey Romijn which I was able to get the same day but when he found out that I was also requesting Loan Estimates from other lenders this is what he had to say, "If you are getting 5 to 6 go with another lender".
