I cannot say enough good things about Watermark and Patrick. I received acceptance of my offer on the 3rd of the month, and had to close by the 28th! Patrick put things in high gear and we were able to close the deal with little difficulty. On top of all this, Watermark still offered me the best rate and closing cost of ANY lender on Zillow. Thanks Guys!!

Outstanding rate, and better customer service. Patrick offered me a great rate that beat anything else I could find. I was a little unsure about refinancing with an unknown company and person. Patrick went out of his way to look out for my best interest during the rate lock process, and he continued to provide great customer service throughout the entire loan closing. I highly recommend Patrick Ladkani.

There were some delays on Fannie Mae's part with are home refinance but, Patrick was a total professional and extended the rate lock period so that we'd get the rate that was quoted.He made a major effort to keep the process moving and in the end we were glad we went with WaterMark and I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone that needs a home mortgage or a refinance.J.Hirst

Ok so I was a bit skeptical when I looked at my IPhone and saw the rate Patrick at Watermark was quoting. It was low comparatively and I didn't know the man. He was so nice on the phone and the New Yorker in me got even more suspicious.. Well I got him my initial stuff and asked for an email from him to verify rate and he was more than happy to do it.. This was the second time I refinanced the same property with Watermark (interest rates keep dropping). The first time was very smooth and fast. The second time took somewhat longer. They originally quoted me on Zillow a 2.75% rate with zero fees on a 15-year fixed mortgage. However they later told me that the net tangible benefit was too low since I had previously refinanced to a 3.00% 15-year fixed mortgage only a few months earlier. I worked with Eugene Humphrey and had a great experience. I found Eugene through zillow. I was working with two other mortgage lenders in parralel and Eugene blew them out of the water with both the lowest rate and superior customer service.
