When I found the property I wanted to purchase, I contacted other lenders and they were slow to respond. It's a fast-moving market, timing is important. I contacted Sue on a Friday and she worked through the weekend to secure pre-approval for us to make an offer on a Monday. She worked hard to ensure we locked in the lowest rates. Then she and her team stayed in constant contact with us through closing. They are an excellent group to work with.
