Joe and his team were wonderful. He was very attentive, clear and concise. We were new to this whole process and he laid everything out for us. Joe was very prompt in returning any call or messages. Initially we had less than ideal credit, he stuck with us, guiding us, teachingus helping us improve our credit. We got approved and he ultimately got us a great mortgage rate. We are now in a wonderful home and we have him to thank for that. Joe made us feel like family, and could not have asked for a better experience.

I have used Joe on several purchases an re-finances. It is always a smooth transaction. Some mortgage lenders are lenders are just salesman who do not know their product or industry. Joe is a true professional.

Joe is a terrific mortgage professional with a long history in mortgage banking. We recently did a refinance on the home Joe helped us by last year and he patiently stayed in contact with us, and updated us on a regular basis to keep us informed on the re-finance progress. This was my first home purchase and along with my realtor, Anik Zampini from d'aprile properties, Joe Spisak and his team, Kayla M. were super helpful in the process.
