Joe is a terrific mortgage professional with a long history in mortgage banking. We recently did a refinance on the home Joe helped us by last year and he patiently stayed in contact with us, and updated us on a regular basis to keep us informed on the re-finance progress. He took as much time as needed to explain the closing process and answered all of our questions, we gladly recommend him highly!

This was my first home purchase and along with my realtor, Anik Zampini from d'aprile properties, Joe Spisak and his team, Kayla M. were super helpful in the process.
