Joe and Kayla went above, and beyond helping me to get the loan to the house, I wanted. I had a very short time to buy my home; however, they made all the efforts to make it happen.

As mentioned before securing your rate for you, the state of Illinois' bond program prices their rates higher and all lenders are subject to only being to offer the rates they provide for their program, (we have no control over the rates they offer). This aside, I am happy you had a good experience with us and noticed we took care of what we had control of for you.
Joseph has always explained things very well, made my first home buying experience a very pleasant one, he was prompt, professional, and courteous. Even when he was on vacation with his family he worked with me on my loan sometime texting me and sometimes sending an email asking about some documents. Will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends.

I used Joe when we bought our house and everything went very smoothly. When rates dropped I decided to refinance and looked into Rocket Mortgage since it was supposed to be quick and easy. I shopped a few lenders and they all said it would be a few more months before I can qualify for a refinance. Joe was the only one who put in the work to see if he can find a way to make it work for me. And he did! And his rate was very competitive. Kayla works on Joe's team and she was also super helpful and responsive. They got the refi done with no hiccups and I will definitely be referring them to all of my people.
