We worked with Joe on our first home purchase and have used him for a couple refinances since then. Joe is very knowledgeable and explains everything so clearly. Kayla also did an amazing job keeping us informed and moving things forward. The entire process was exceptional from start to finish. I have used Joe on several purchases an re-finances. It is always a smooth transaction. Some mortgage lenders are lenders are just salesman who do not know their product or industry. Joe is a true professional.
