Joe and his team are knowledgable about the market and loan options and were flexible to work with me to find the loan that's a best fit for me. They are not pushy sales people just trying to close a deal. Throughout the process they are very responsive and make sure things go smoothly during the process which is great considering I am so busy and appreciate someone keeping me on track.
