Joe and his team were so great. They communicated often and walked me through the process from application to closing. Kayla was on it! She communicated with me regarding the documents needed and employment verification.

Joe was very great to work with on our mortgage. Beyond getting us a good rate, he was always available to answer questions, which was very helpful since this was our first home purchase. He was responsive and very informed on market movements. Our closing agent said “you have a great lender, you should recommend him to other people, he is special”. High praise from someone who works with lenders every day!

Wow!! Where to start! As a first time home buyer I literally had NO idea how things worked! Bracken, my realtor, recommended him. I happily filled out a pre approval application, a year after Joe sent it to me! Joe and his team where phenomenal and very well organized! They were on top of everything, even when I would hide from them because that's what I do when i'm overwhelmed. I wasn't actually overwhelmed, I was being dramatic.
