My experience working with Joe and team spisak was great, they were very nice and approachable. We used waterstone mortgage for a home purchase and as newbies we had many doubts that Joe made sure were answered. He also was available for any questions we had and responded in a timely manner. Very efficient team and fairly easy process as long as your on top of your game.

Joe was very accommodating, patient and accessible to my wife and I . He’s very pleasant to work with. He is kind, funny and straight forward. Joseph and Kayla were warm and welcoming . The processing with paperwork was very smooth especially for my wife and I due to us not being computer savvy. We highly recommend Joe and his team!

It's been awhile since I refinanced! But any question I had was always responded to literally... Within minutes. Joe never left me hanging and always followed up with me.
