Excellent customer service and patience!!! Joe taught me more about the VA home loan than any of the home loan representatives at the regular banks. Joe and his team fully catered to my loan needs and were willing to help even during the off hours.

Joe and Kayla are great at what they do! We had a unique situation with our sale/purchase and they handled it flawlessly. They do all the digging up front to provide a solid pre approval which is very reassuring when putting offers in on a home. By doing so much work up front leaves with very little left to do/submit other than to close, and can't ask for anything better than that!
