I worked directly with Joe and his support teammate Kayla. Joe was super helpful and even though this was a business transaction Joe seemed to really care about me, my questions and the quality of the work. Kayla was extremely responsive during the formal paperwork process. In the midst of the loan approval Joe was having major surgery and he still responded to my inquiry emails during his recovery, which I know he didn't have to.
