Team Spisak were great in breaking it all down for a first time income property hunter. Working with them on my FHA 203K was a breeze, I never once felt uncomfortable with asking any questions throughout the process. Joe and Kayla were all great with keeping in touch with my real estate agents as well which is crucial to ensure we meet the deadlines.

I worked directly with Joe and his support teammate Kayla. Joe was super helpful and even though this was a business transaction Joe seemed to really care about me, my questions and the quality of the work.
