I shopped around and finalized my refi with Joe & Team from Waterstone Mortgage. They are the best! At the end, not only was their rate and closing cost the lowest, but their customer service is above and beyond. I like to ask a lot of questions and they answered all, even when I asked the same question again. Joe was more than I expected as a lender. He was with me all the way, making sure I understood every single aspect of the whole process. Joe is who I would describe as mortgage made easy 101... Kayla was also with me all the way. I couldn't have done it without them. I had a very short timeframe to buy my property and to move to a different state. Joe and his team had their eyes on the ball at all times.
