Communication was clear and always kept us up to date. It was very thorough and all tasks and documents needed were easy to compile. Was always a phone call or email away, they made it easy with doing most documents online and in portal. Mr. Spisak and his team was very thorough, we were given information on the options we would have for our property refinancing. when we had questions pertaining to the refi process and financing/payments they responded in a timely manner, and walked us through the process. And the closing was also great, considering the current health crisis. The closing Agent came to our residence to complete the refinancing.
