Joe and his team are very responsive. Joe knows I am only able to review paperwork / emails during late evenings and weekends. His team was very supportive. They quickly responded to all of my requests. They also continued to keep me posted and altered me when my work was due. And as always, Joe is willing to get into the details to keep you comfortable. Mr. Spisak and his team was very thorough, we were given information on the options we would have for our property refinancing. when we had questions pertaining to the refi process and financing/payments they responded in a timely manner, and walked us through the process. Joe and his team are always there to answer your questions no matter how rudimentary they are.
