As first time homeowners, we had no idea what we were doing. Joe and Kayla were an amazing team!! I cannot recommend them enough. They answered every annoying question we had in an extremely timely manner, were willing to get everything done for us last minute and by unprecedented deadlines, and were able to explain everything to us so that we were comfortable throughout the entire process. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Joe Spisak and his team at Waterstone Mortgage. They were professional, experienced and extremely efficient. I would 100% recommend Joe to anyone. We had a very smooth process and he answered all of our questions. I also got some numbers from 2 "big box" banks and Joe's service and numbers were the best. I cannot imagine going through this process without his help. It's so important to have someone that we can trust and know will get back to us quickly.
