We were first time home buyers, yet Joe and team made sure we knew every detail about the process. We were constantly emailing about random questions and every single one was answered right away or they would even call to make sure I understood the answer. As first time homeowners, we had no idea what we were doing. Joe and Kayla were an amazing team!! I cannot recommend them enough. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Joe Spisak and his team at Waterstone Mortgage. They were professional, experienced and extremely efficient. I would 100% recommend Joe to anyone. We had a very smooth process and he answered all of our questions. I also got some numbers from 2 "big box" banks and Joe's service and numbers were the best. I cannot imagine going through this process without his help. It's so important to have someone that we can trust and know will get back to us quickly.
