Mix up Cover up Rip off My son had to get a Hair follicle drug screen done for a legal issue and the WellNow Fenton Mi location did EVERYTHING wrong - Began with : Wrong paperwork but test was done — Collector made several mistakes - Collector sealed foil wrong Collector left room 3-4 times Result : Fatal flaw So I’m out — 154+ miles of driving Hours of time $160 for test But WAIT: I WANT & PAID for some type of result - Crazy huh? this is not an urgent care. this is a covid testing center. they made zero effort to find the source of my fever even though I've previously tested negative twice.

Five Star Care - this place is a joke! No longer taking walk Ins so be aware. Came at 6 and was told they couldn’t see me. Called the company they Told me to come back. Went back and they would not see me. Used the excuse that they had emergencies in the back but we saw no ambulance. Secretary was complaining about doctors being overworked and that’s the problem they can’t keep anyone. I’m sick and want to be seen I don’t really care about the employers problems! Happy to spread the word about the horrible service!

Went to the shaker heights location in Ohio back in January. They were unable to process my insurance even though I was on the phone with my insurance confirming that I was covered for my family of 5. I am still waiting to get reimbursed by WellNow and even though they keep saying they sent the claim to my insurance company, My insurance company hasn’t received. They are not helpful at all.

Walked into three of them Rome NY doing covid testing said we couldn't get seen said Syracuse has visits for urgent care went there they said only place was Oneida and guess what they weren't horrible

Seriously your a joke … I walked in and they asked me if I had an appt I said no and stated this is a walk in clinic correct? And she says well you need to make an appt and we’re at capacity.. not a single person In the waiting room…. seriously 😒…. It wasn’t for Covid which now the one on rte 4 in east greenbush is a all Covid site which is a joke by the way.. the fact you need a all Covid site is ridiculous.. there are other sickness out there but Covid .. what’s the sense of closing places and opening theses stupid well h... read more

RecommendedFirst off the Tele call I had with them was amazing and then the Parma location was great took care of everything I needed very efficient quickly and very nice. Definitely recommend them.
