Shady billing practices. Be careful if you’re a veteran using their services through community care. Several emails and calls to them which go to voicemail. No returned calls. Time will tell what they do with the balance of the bill.

The Cincinnati colerain office front desk was unprofessional, unorganized, no sense of urgency, I waited for over an hour for a pre employment screen, thank goodness I was not sick, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to that location

My kids and I have used WellNow close to 10 times since it opened. It’s always been a great experience. Today I was told “we have met our cap for walk ins today, would you like to make an appointment.” The entire place was empty, 2 desk staff and a several in the back laughing, coughing and talking….so we can’t be seen, meanwhile they are standing around? That’s a crappy way to run a business. So disappointed. 😔. And my son has to continue feeling sick.

I just left and sunny was amazing!! I have something wrong don’t exactly know been suffering with high blood pressure the past few days and truly love sunny she was soooo helpful!

Website says walking welcome and sign out front says walk ins welcome so I drove all the way there and this was also over an hour before they close. There was not one person in the waiting room and the parking lot looked empty. They said sorry we aren’t taking walk ins ??? So I asked well why does your website say walk ins welcome when they aren’t? She said sorry I didn’t design the website . Great service day of at the Plainwell, MI location for a last minute urgent COVID test during the holidays with very few options open/available. HOWEVER... caught WAY off guard MONTHS later being billed for this test -- me to the tune of $175. And disturbingly for the exact same test (same day/same time), my husband was charged only $145. Our insurance says we are 100% covered for the tests we had, but that WellNOW's paperwork wasn't coded properly and needed to be resubmitted. WellNOW refuses to do so. I brought my 2 year old in to have her foot checked out. From the staff at the main desk, to everyone we saw in the back for vitals, X-ray, etc, they were all professional, happy and friendly. The entire facility was clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back!
