I was treated very well here and they helped me a great deal with my issues! it was a blessing to go in and see nurse Mikayla and nurse practitioner Denise. they were so wonderful and kind and answered my questions. very nice people working there!

Horrible billing issues and no way to get ahold of anyone as their billing line does not answer or respond , we have insurance and I’m going to be stuck paying for a whole visit as if I didn’t have any due to them not answering their phones

I was sent via my job for COVID testing, I made WellNow very aware I did not have insurance. This was my 3rd PCR test done thru them and this time an NP came in asked if I had any symptoms and left. Test was done and a month later I’m billed 477$ then the following month the testing portion was taken off and I was charged 277$. None of which I should have been charged! I just received a bill for $185 for a Covid test from 21 October 2021. My insurance already paid Wellnow $190 for this visit. The explanation of charges on the Wellnow invoice is inaccurate, and the Wellnow billing department is unresponsive.

Service in the clinics is fine, but hope you never have a billing problem that needs to be fixed. I got a bill from a visit back in DECEMBER, and have tried to contact the billing office AT LEAST 12 times. They don't respond to emails, won't answer the phone, and don't even call you back if you leave a voicemail. Guess they just ignore people so they just suck it up and pay bills that they shouldn't have been charged?

I’d love to know who I can report a poor experience with. Thanks! I was told by Christine if I keep calling to ask who their supervisor is, I will be reported to the police for harassment. So, I’m wondering where I can direct my complaint? So far, not so good. Thanks!

They don’t listen to what you have to say and automatically suspect you to have covid!!! Literally wish you guys would have never bought out Med express!!! Worst experience ever and will NEVER go back!

took my mother there for shingles. they took us in right away, and the staff very courteous and helpful. Heather, Erin, and the rest of the staff are amazing and put my mom at ease right away especially after bad expedient at Bethesda and the other urgent care down the street which was terrible! thank you for all you do!
