I have been trying for weeks to contact your billing department. By both phone and email and nobody has either picked up the phone or bothered to email me back. You billed me twice for PRE EMPLOYMENT covid screens, that are not my responsibility.... at this point do I need to seek legal recourse or??? This is 400 dollars that will reflect on MY credit as you can’t be proactive in answering concerns.

My son was taken to a WellNow in North Greenbush, NY because he has a cough and sore throat. The nurse commented that a covid test was “his ticket back into school” assuming that is why we were there. My son has had issues with pneumonia in the past which is why we brought him in to get his lungs checked and unfortunately I can’t bring him into his regular doctors office because he has covid symptoms. Took 19 yr old there yesterday…high fever and flu like symptoms. All they did was order a Covid test (no flu or strep test) and ordered medicine. Day later no medicine called in and symptoms are worse. I called and they said the Dr will call medicine in again. I asked what the medicine was and was told it was an antibiotic. Picked up medicine after 3 visits to pharmacy and the medicine was NOT an antibiotic. It was a pill for cough. Her throat and chest hurt so bad she CAN’T cough. RecommendedMarch 30,2022 I took my son to the Batavia NY location, the NP Kristina is 110% , first time meeting her - she’s the best!! All staff members were very friendly. I highly recommend.

I do not like how I was treated today at your route 57 location; I think you have so much of a problem at that location I will be reaching out to your corporate office so they can make the necessary adjustments to people's care. I came in with severe leg swelling, requesting a simple low dose diuretic, I was there under my doctor's guidance, and I was treated with extreme hostility. RecommendedThe Kokomo, IN location was great! It was slightly irritating waiting 15 minutes before even getting checked in in the lobby but otherwise everything else was great. The nurse practitioner was amazing with our son and very helpful! Will definitely go back if we need to.

Canandaigua location is pure trash. Don’t take anyone there. Ever.
My Complaint is like many others listed on here. I was billed for a Covid test that was supposed to be free. I have been unable to contact the billing department by phone or email. I also just submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
