I do not in any way recommend using Window Nation. Avoid them like the plague. In my experience, they won't live up to their contractual obligations and you will need to be on alert and prepared to spend countless hours for them to follow through. I called them after seeing the ad for buy two windows get two windows free with 24 months free financing. They quoted me for their Grandview window. I will not recommend this company to for Windows or anything at this point salesperson came out and measured we sat and talked about the product and the cost that was in April 16th 2021 and the first part of June I started calling them to find out when my windows would be installed They couldn't tell me Wait a couple of weeks called back then they started telling me we see that they're in route never did anyone call me to tell me they was a problem with making the windows I had to keep calling this week of July every day bef... read more

Still waiting for someone to correct improperly installed window. I've been calling since April. Horribly customer service. Please don't send me a canned response about being sorry. Actions speak louder than words. Fix my window!!!

Waiting since the fall to get a window that was installed incorrectly fixed. Reached out quite a few times-transferred alot. No resolution. it's been since fall of 2020. worst service ever.

This is a terrible company to deal with in regards to getting a realistic estimate on replacing my entire house's windows. Two of my neighbor's just had Window Nation replace their windows this past month (they are happy with them) and one of them has the identical model as mine (except I don't have a walk-out basement). I informed the representative of this fact because the window sizes should be the same (and he could pull up that information). Terrible customer service! It took months before my windows were ready. I had to get into bed during the installation because the house was wide open to winter weather. One of the installers propositioned me, asked twice for my phone number. There were other problems during which I realized they put in the cheaper screens rather than what I paid for. They are not answering my emails and calls. I am furious. Window Nation, CALL ME!

I thought I was going to get a good, quick deal according to the radio advertisement and our salesperson. I should have seen the red flags when he said they were short staffed, the buy one get one free deal was not true and he didn't even offer the free Nest that would be given per advertisement on the radio. We signed our contract in February 2021 and I haven't heard anything since. Not a single update. I had to reach out 3x with horrible, clueless customer service. I have gone through Window Nation to replace my homes windows. The customer from the project manager/sales rep (front the house) has been great. The customer service and installation departments (back of the house) have been awful. My windows were to be installed end of May - beginning of June (this was the timeline I was given). Mid-May I started to inquire for an update on my windows. I was contacted by a scheduler May 18th. I was told my windows are in but not the capping. He was going to reach out to the vendor. Installers removed all nine windows being replaced, exposing the interior of my house for hours to both bugs and the elements while they lumbered along installing. Only one spoke broken English. They arrived late each day and hustled to leave early. Quality of the product is inferior to even the cheaper, 'off the rack' windows I had prior. Air leak is significant. Never received a customer satisfaction survey from WN. Now I know why.
