Window Nation is the WORST company I have ever come across. We started the process in May and at the end of November, we still dont have windows. From the sales associate Tami, who "forgot to submit our order in the system", to the Director of Regional Operations, who doesnt follow up as promised, all the way up to the CFO, who still couldn't get our install date scheduled, all useless. Horrible Customer Service,they never put any foam in my windows(we brought it to their attention)and they had to redo all 23 windows, ruined my outdoor rug and rose bush and left trash,Worst Customer Service,I would never Recommend, wouldn't give one star but it wouldn't let me post without one

I'm at a loss for what to do, here after what easily is the worst customer service I've ever had. Still hopeful that they are able to step up and fix things. Long story short: communication isn't bad, it's borderline nonexistent and I'm unimaginably irritated, with a wrong window. I had a great consultation with Ed, who assured me and even showed me where in the contract windows would be replaced in accordance with my HOA required style, "like with like." My husband and I are very disappointed with Window Nation and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The initial visit with the salesman was great but after we signed with them the top quality customer service that was promised was nonexistent. Our project timeline was not even close to what was told to us initially, every time we spoke with them on the phone it was nothing but empty promises and excuses. October 18, 2020: When you work with WindowNation they tell you that your windows will be installed 4-6 weeks after measurement. Our measurement was taken in June. THAT'S 4 MONTHS! The installers were with us for 3 days and were great. As it turns out, they're Vytex employees. So, I asked the lead installer if a residential consumer could buy directly from Vytex instead of dealing with the garbage Windownation puts you through (which, after asking our install team, is apparently quite frequent). Our sales guy was great!! However we had many issues after the install and still waiting for the issues to be corrected almost 8 months later. When you call to find out what is going on you get the run around. Also the fiance company is sneaky they never tell you its an interest baring loan of 63 cents a day. How do they expect you to ever pay them off if every month the bill goes up. I will not be using window nation for the rest of the windows that i need in my house. Terrible customer service and communication.

I purchased an older home and wanted to replace the windows before moving in. I requested a quote because they are offering a 'buy 2 get 2 free' deal. I was already skeptical because it seems too good to be true. If they can give away windows at half price and still make money, then they markup must be astronomical. But my wife insisted that we get a quote anyhow. They promptly called me back to schedule an 'risk-free consultation'. Called promptly, then ran through a list of questions. Fine. Then parked me on hold until I hung up in frustration. They then called and started over with the questions... hard pressure to have my wife take a morning off and be present. When they showed up, he wanted to come inside. Nope, I said, not agreed upon in advance. I finally wished Window Nation a fine day and to get out of my driveway.

Poor communication and unreasonable delays in product installation and follow up. Once the salesperson left my house, I spent hours calling them to find out the status of my installation which took 5 months from the date of sale. In six months post installation, I needed service three times and I'm now waiting six weeks for them to replace a small screen in my door. They ordered replacement parts but ordered the wrong size and color. Totally unacceptable and inconceivable for a window and door company to take this long to... read more
