They provided me with a contract i signed. They did the measurements then about 2 weeks later they are asking for another 1500$. They said the sales person was inaccurate and that 1 of the doors was a special order. This should not of happened. Sounds shady to me.

Horrible company, if I went into full detail about all of our problems, there wouldn't be enough room on this form. 1st; It took forever to get the windows. We filled multiple complaints before install and tried to cancel our contract to no avail. 2nd: A window was missimg upon install. 3rd: Almost a month later the missing window arrives minus the screen. We have to wait even longer for the screen. While all that was going on, we noticed missing screw caps and a missing latch for the screen on the slider. It took severa... read more

Purchase 9 windows and had to reschedule the installation. I called twice before someone said they needed to reschedule. Then, had to renegotiate the final contract price because I found another licensed contractor who had comparable windows for cheaper. Window Nation was supposed to refund the difference plus $200. They reneged. One year later the windows have not held up well. Rockville MD

I signed a contract in July, promised install 1st wk of Sept, and was delayed at last minute 3x and didn't get an install till the END of November, into the heating season, which was the goal of signing on in July. Further, the communication was hours long to get problems rectified, I was promised "3 main mgrs" would contact me, that never did, from internal depts. that agreed they should, due to the holdups and problems. I have never seen that bad customer experience. I wish I have checked reviews before hiring them. They brought the door that was a wrong size. They only measured it once when they told that they will measure it twice. Looks like they did a wrong measurement and of course could install the door. I have been waiting for more a month since and no concrete response. They dont even bother to tell me when they will replace the doors. This is a bit of an odd review. Our salesman was great, he did an incredible job describing the products and services. The customer service on the other hand is AWFUL. There is a clear disconnect from Window Nation's regional offices and their national offices. Customer service kept connecting us to others and then others and then others and no one was helpful. Props to our salesman. Major let down for customer service.

Having an issue with a window in one of our rooms. Used to be fine, but now the temperature in room is colder than others. I caulked the outside to make sure there were no gaps. Called service and warranty and they said I might have taken my window out of warranty by caulking. I didn't remove any old caulk, rather added additional; but she said it doesn't matter. I would like to share my experience and recommendations when it comes to selecting a window replacement company. All companies would claim their windows are the best, but when you compare all, you won't find much difference. First of all, do not come under pressure, not matter how good price quote do they put in front of you and ask to sign same day deal, never ever, simply say you would not sign it today, compare with others and then get back to them. I love the idea that this business owner replies to comments about how sorry he is but does absolutely nothing to contact me or to rectify the situation. At the top of their yelp review they have COVID-19 update stating that they do all of these things to help prevent the spread, however what they should say is that an individual will get tested not find the results of his test out and still enter your house and expose you and your family to COVID-19.
