my advice short and simple- do a lot of research on windows that are available in all window places and be willing to pay the price for a good set of them whereever ou find themy. avoid this place. period. terrible windows, 50 pt inspection at factory still got me wrong grids, over 7 weeks to get them in and we will just say never, never, never again.
Window Nation is the worst following up on pending issues. I have been asking for an update on an incomplete project and all I get is that someone will reach out in 48 hours. Several days pass by before I have to reach out again. Took 6 months for project delivery, which was not completed. 5 months later there is still NO RESOLUTION. Stay away from Window nation!!
I really wish I could review this company's product and/or service, but I can't even get them to give me a price quote. I called on 4/19/21 and explained that we have a 3 light French door out to the patio that we wanted replaced. I was told that someone would contact us within 24-48 hours. That was a fact. The same evening I received an email from a rep who asked if we wanted a steel or fiberglass door. Apparently he was under the impression that we wanted an entry door? Don't waste your money!!! Better windows and Customer Service for a better price is out there. This is my 3rd review. My first 2 disappeared! So Don't believe all of the 5 star the reviews! Salesman was good. After that it was all downhill. They have different "certified" Installers so it is the luck of the draw if you get a decent one or not. Was promised a gift card for all of the hassles that we had. That was 2 months ago and numerous calls. Keep getting B S. Should have known better!
Horrible company. The sales guy stalked me and wouldn't leave my neighborhood until he got his check for the contract. Windows were installed poorly and no one from management bothers to call you back. When I finally did get a manger on the phone all she could say was ' I'm sorry'. STAY AWAY!!

Reply to Harley M: Correction: the work has NOT been completed. The installers showed up with only 3 of the 4 over priced windows your sells rep tricked me into buying. Glad to see you did your research and thanks for your reply, it's indicative of the poor customer service I've received from everyone else in the company. I see it starts from the top.

I'd select zero stars, but yelp won't allow it. They really don't deserve a rating from us. It's all such a joke that I see that the owners of WN are "sorry" for the issues that so many customers have experienced. I am beyond fed up with this company. If there were no stars I would pick that. When the sales lady came out everything seemed good we had to get financing and we were able to get that. After that we were told someone would come to measure. When they got here the guy didn't even know that we were getting the whole house. Then a couple weeks went by and I called them she said that we had to resign the contract because they didn't have the whole job on it. We did this. I had the sales representative come to my home for a consultation and I felt pressured when it came down to pricing and although I repeatedly let him know I would be checking with other companies he kept pushing and prodding on why you should close today. I do not appreciate that type of pressure and will not purchase from that type of company. So much for the free consultation, that was more like an in home attack
