Wrote a prescription and told them walmart pharmacy. 4:15 at the pharmacy and keep checking and they did not have anything , at 5:06 pm called Express Wellness back they told my wife they didn’t know what happened but they would resend it (my opinion they did not send it th... read more

How do people get care at Xpress Wellness? I called, and it rolls over to a voicemail giving instructions to make an appointment online on their website. I got on their local Guymon office website. I tried making an appointment online, and the site come back saying there are no available slots in the next 25 hours and that I'd have to check back later *OR* come in and make an appointment via walk-in. So I drove up there and walked in. The receptionist asked why I was there (I was the *ONLY* person in the entire re... read more

When I got on the wait list for this clinic I was told there were about 10 people in front of me, so I waited 2 1/2 hours and called back to see how much longer my wait was and was told I had 26 people in front of me. Doesn’t sound right to me 🤨

Business response:

Hi Chazz, Thank you for sharing this with us. Would you please send us a private message or email us at wecare@xpwell.com? Our leadership team would like to visit with you and learn more.

Like all doctors offices they can’t keep a schedule. Apparently only their time is important

Went in for a sore throat. Staff was pleasant and got me in even though I was a walk-in. The doctor I saw was Grace and she was very kind and helpful. However, when I got my paperwork back, it states, “Your Diagnoses for today’s visit are: 1. Acute tonsillitis, unspecified 2. Contact with and (suspected) exposure to COVID-19.” I told the staff THREE different times that I had NOT had ANY exposure to COVID-19. THEY DELIBERATELY LIED ON MY OFFICIAL MEDICAL PAPERWORK. THIS IS ILLEGAL. This makes me very upset with the integr... read more

my phone did not allow me to register online and because I sat there struggling with it, everyone who came in after me was seen first because it is NOT a first come first serve it is a first to finish the registration seen first!! I got bumped down by people who kept showing up way later based on my inability to complete forms on my phone. had to still get to work on time and all they did was yell at me when I questioned their system!!!

rude & lazy! PAs who like to talk down to you when you have pneumonia.. refused to actually care or listen to my lungs .. wanted to argue with me instead about why I would go to the ER later in the evening if I didn't get any better! 4 days after being ignored here I was diagnosed with pneumonia & put on o2 in KC..... will be filing a complaint with the BOHA!

For an urgent care, it's too difficult if not possible at all to get in to be seen. Just showing up for a sore throat or fever will get you turned away with them saying they are not seeing anymore patients that day. Be better off waiting and seeing an actual physician or your family doctor next business day..

Business response:

Michelle, We are sorry our team was unable to see you and can understand your frustration. Unfortunately we have been experiencing high volumes of patients in many of our clinics and at times have to stop accepting patients for the day if the number of patients already checked in exceeds what our providers are safely able to see during our hours of operation. Oftentimes the number of patients that you see in the waiting room does not accurately reflect the actual number of patients waiting to be seen. Many of our patients wa... read more

I have tried to bring my infant son to this location twice and have been denied to be seen both times. The first time because I didn’t have my driver’s license with me to “prove” I was his mother. The second time because they are “not accepting walk-ins.” This is an URGENT CARE not a doctor’s office. To deny walk-ins defeats the purpose of running an urgent care. They have lost my business for good. Very very poorly ran establishment.
