When I called twice they told me we could walk in to get a COVID test. When my son drove there they told him he could get an appointment. Then they said actually he would have to come back the next day. After I called twice to either make an appointment or check to see if they take walk ins.

I fell and hurt my Ankle. I was extremely painful and swelling set in immediately. When I fell I felt a pop and was not able to walk on it immediately. After a few minutes I decided to seek medical care. Express Wellness was the closest urgent care to me so I decided to try them. Around 1pm I walked in (with a slight limp) and asked if they took walk ins. The women at the desk told me they were not taking anyone else today and to make an appointment for tomorrow. Boyd spent 4 hours waiting, after arriving when they were opening. Many ppl who also didn’t check in online were seen before Boyd. They asked him to come in, only to ask him to leave, again after 4 hours of waiting, because he didn’t have a mask. No other patient had a mask, but he was singled out. So, no I will not recommend any business that would profile a young man, assuming he was a pawn. He was hurting, and seeking help. That most assuredly isn’t what you offered my son. First their is nothing urgent about them. My wife waited almost two hours with a shattered wrist out in a car!!!! I called and told them she was in pain but all they could do was tell me how busy they were. Hire some more help to keep some one with two broken bones waiting almost two hours is unacceptable! If you want first rate treatment go to McBride clinic in okc, this place is second rate!

Receptionist was rude, when she picked up the phone. And after asking my question she hung up without making sure I was fully taken care of.
I had the absolute worst experience in the Shawnee location granted this has been about a year or 2 but I don’t recommend it to anyone and I will NEVER step foot back in that place my daughter almost died because of the lack of care giving
Terrible nurses they don’t properly check your baby & tell you she’s fine even when you take her with a cough & cold & a fever I had to take her to a different urgent care don’t go there they don’t properly check you she didn’t even put the thermometer on my baby’s skin she did it through her clothes. They buy their supplies from Walmart the thermometer they used I have it at home & it doesn’t even work accurately
