Bad Product. The unit turns side ways or back wards often. Does not really get a grip to the surface of the pool. It does change directions right at the moment you expect it the least. Once it gets to the surface of the pool, it starts sucking air and it takes several seconds to correct itself.

Gets stuck often!!!! Constantly gets stuck. As long as your ok with manually moving it 3-4 times every hour it will work great!

It doesn’t suck. If you only have one skimmer, in the middle of your pool, it might be okay. I have two, one on each end. It doesn’t have enough power to pull that much hose, so you end up with a tangled mess. I don’t recommend.

Not worth the money In the beginning it worked so well! It was fast and aggressive but after a month it’s very slow and hardly moves. Very disappointed.

Ripoff company, still owes me 2 hoses The actual product is good and works fine. The company that sells it is horrible. it was missing two hoses. I contacted the company and took them approximately 10 days to get back in touch with me saying they needed a picture after I sent them what they requested then they said they needed another picture of the product in the pool after I sent them that picture they have not responded back it’s been over three months. it gets tangled with its hose and sometimes it drys the pump Most of the time it works fairly well as long I remove the ladder. From time to time, it gets tangled with its hose and sometimes the hose gets disassembled. The swivel feature doesn't work very well. Another major issue is that in many cases in empties the pump and makes it lose the ability to self-prime. This could burn out the pump from overheating. All in all, it's not worth the money and I would not recommend it.

Worthless Pointless cleaner Great concept but doesn't work well at all. Will only Stay in the deep end no matter where you place the suction hose. Doesn't even pick up small leaves. Disappointing to say the least. Best one I had was the dolphin nautilus but even that crapped out in 6 months.
