First call-great. Was assured I would receive more info once I received my device and my insurance was processed. Never happened. The device is wonderful-no issues there. The company is really shady in their insurance practices--they send you purposely maxed out supplies regardless of your need so they can max the allowable from your insurance, and they admit they do it because they can. Reps and managers all give the same canned responses and are condescendingly robotic. I sent back my device; don't use them.

Be extremely wary of this company. I would give it a zero if that were possible. The sales staff do not tell the truth regarding the insurance coverage. The product is significantly over-priced and insurance does NOT cover the cost. The company will not send out the billing for months, to hide the cost of the service. When you finally receive the invoice, 6 months after having the item, it is too late to return the item without incurring a large fee. Do not fall for this. The person that I was talking to they were concern about everything I was talking about and then they ask me could they do anything else for me and they said if I need them again just call.

The company didn’t explain long term costs. When all the facts are not disclosed in the beginning it is disappointing when realized later. Demanding phone calls telling me I must send them the insurance check before I received notification from or info from my Insurance company. I won’t recommend your company or services to anyone.

Zynex performed expeditiously from the time my PT Therapist (April) connected with you, to my personal call with Zynex to receiving the product and speaking with product support.
