The representative from Colorado told me that she can’t check if the tens machine is covered by my PPO insurance. She offered instead to rent the machine fo$25 / month for ten months and I pay $250 if I want to keep it.😩

I have called twice and to date I have not received my unit and in severe pain and my PT therapist has a loaner that she uses when she comes to do therapy (I am confined to the house) and has to take it with her when she finishes each time

Ethics are very poor. Feedback from your reps is atrocious. I have paid near 900 for a 300 dollar device that appears your organization i is pleased with. Hopefully you all will reply soon so I can pursue with evidence of fraudulent practices with bcbs

I received a call a few day ago asking for a machine back from my knee surgery 2 yrs ago or so, and was told that my insurance is no longer covering it. I asked what kind of machine is it, I got I machine that sent to you after your surgery. I responded I never received a machine after my knee surgery.

Well these Tens units get dropped a lot. I dropped mine the first day and now you can’t even read the screen. I’ve had a tens unit before and why you put these screens on them? I have no clue? Because your constantly dropping them.
