Honestly my rep was fantastic - thorough and helpful, and explained all limitations. My only frustration is in a lack of a specific feature. We'd like our whole system to have the option to FIRST ring to a few receptionists, THEN pickup an auto-receptionist. I'm surprised this isn't a possibility. But, Mike was very helpful in finding alternate workarounds to meet the vast majority of our needs. Thanks Mike! more »

There has been marked improvement in talking to live representive instead of an automation recorder. On another note if payment have laspe increase grace period before termination of service. I do appreciate your attention and concern. Thank you again. more »

Overall a good experience. Needed the system to do some things that it wasn't able to do. Wish the calls could be scheduled one right after the other and not spread so far apart. more »

Initially, I tried emailing in response to the case file (that had been opened by a coworker). I am the system administrator and looked into fixing the issue myself but could not log into the devices (polycom vvx410s) via their IP addressed without admin access. I received no response via email despite the contents of the email asking for a reply. I decided to call the support line and was connected to a helpful and knowledgable individual. He was able to run through the gambit of potential solutions and fix the issue. Had anyone without system administration access called RingCentral I don't believe the solution would have been easily found. The fix did require knowledge of network organization and set-up on our end. After an hour and a half on the phone, the phones were fixed and we have not re-experienced the issue. The technician on the phone was knowledgable and helpful. more »

As the Director of IT, I can usually be described as a self service kind of guy who would generally prefer to search for answers to what I would call routine questions either within support documentation or online communities rather than bothering support personnel with them, but for some reason, I've never had any luck finding answers to these questions without resorting to bothering your support personnel. With that said, I'm usually always pleased with your support team. As usual, the agent I spoke to was very knowledgeable. He knew the answer to my question off the top of his head and walked me through making the changes step by step. more »

Start to finish great team to work with
From the begining our sales rep was awesome. Once we signed an order, we were passed to the project management team. Great experience there. We talked wit
h their implementation/user training team and they had great material to share with our users that needed little to no modifying. We are now in the process of rolling out our European offices.
Please explain your willingness or hesitation to recommend this product or service.
Out of all the vendors we demoed RingCentral was by far the best over all platform. Their ability to work with our AT&T cell phones and Zoom video conferencing system made it an easy choice.
What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?
Shop around for hardware then come back to the prices offered by RingCentral. Having the phone arrive already programmed is a huge bonus.
What do you like most about the product or service?
Unified system. Same experience globally. All cloud based.
What do you dislike most about the product or service?
UI needs a bit of a user experience update. Tends to take 10 steps to accomplish one task.
What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?
Have their teams talk with eachother more. On a couple of occasions, I had to reach back out to our sales rep to get things kick started on the PM side.
If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?
Begin the international process MUCH sooner.

Ring Central's issues stem from all angles. From your salesmen not knowing their product offerings to your retention team worrying about the time they get off instead of helping the issue at hand. Very disappointing. more »

When I called the second time I felt I could do it myself. I couldn't so I called again and the 3 time was excellent. He helped me in every way and I appreciated him and his time. He definitely had patience with me, at 62 it is not easy for us to know what to do and he walked me right through it with no problem. He was so nice and gave excellent support for your company. Thank you for the training you give your employees. RingCentral has the best service than any other business I have called. more »

The support agent was extremely helpful, starting from understanding the need and requirement, all the way to helping to resolve the issue. Other agents I have spoken with on other issues in the past was never as patient and helpful, so this definitely changes my perspective of the quality of help that RingCentral offers. more »
