E-fax features are fantastic!
It has changed the way we work! No more wasted paper! I even forwarded my regular fax line to this and now all is automatically a PDF. It access easily my other app

Better with every version
This app gets better with each version. RC seems to listen to customer requests and the gets more feature rich and the UI gets smoother all the time.

Vince was great. My only complaint is that it took several minutes for a customer support representative to come online. It's confusing and frustrating to offer a customer service phone number and then be referred back to online chat. Issue was resolved. more »

Honestly, I was pretty skeptical of attempting to resolve my issue over chat. I'm generally a phone person, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that my issue was resolved quite efficiently over chat. Happy to finally be able to transfer calls. Thanks Francis! more »

Thea M helped me solve a problem of recording my meetings from my iphone - we tried several solutions as part of the troubleshooting process and found a solution. Very happy about that. Very good customer service, kudos and thank you very much more »

The technical support person we spoke to was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were trying to do with our cloud phones. The lady new exactly how to sort the issues and everything is now set up as we wanted. more »

It wasn't a forwarding issue, it was a complete setup of 4 phones and numbers. The support tech is great, very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He is an asset to your team. Keep up the great work. more »

After I got distracted from our online chat, the rep called me on my cell phone and we were able to resume the help I needed over the phone which was really helpful. She resolved my issue with ease and I could tell she knew what she was talking about. more »

Took a little time to confirm Firewall settings. When at the end, the problem was caused by an internet interruption that locked up our DNS server. Once this was rebooted, everything worked fine. Your representative was VERY patient and professional during this time. more »

Marian was a big help. I do not use Office @Hand on a regular basis and I always have a great experience contacting support for assistance. Marian was able to step me through the process of creating a new user extension and linking the new user to an existing Polycom desk phone.
