The customer service rep was very helpful with me. I'm not technical, and wasn't particularly articulate at the time. He repeated his answers and was very patient. I'm glad I switched to your company 2 years ago. This kind of service is why I don't entertain quotes from other companies. Thanks. more »

Everyone I spoke with at Ring Central was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Sometimes on various calls the hold time for the representatives to figure out what was going on was a little long, but the consultants were very professional and apologetic. I rather wait too knowing they are actively working on a solution. We are very thankful RingCentral figured out our problem and resolved the issue. more »

RingCentral is a great communication system
What was the best part about using RingCentral Office?
The phone system is easy to set up and use. It requires very little network bandwidth. /> What was the worst part about using RingCentral Office?
RingCentral uses a large memory footprint in the Windows Application - about 350MB. This should be reduced.
Overall Feedback
RingCentral was recommended by someone I trust. The service has proven to be a good value for the money. Support questions are promptly answered.

A very positive experience, the agent was helpful polite knowledgable, understood every question that I had and taught me (not just told me but taught me - very important) how to resolve the issues. Definitely a 10/10 more »

User and mobile friendly
What do you like best?
I love having the ability to communicate with coworkers across the country from my desktop or mobile phone. The ability to forward phones wi
th a couple clicks on the desktop or cell phone is so convenient.
What do you dislike?
Too many changes, seems like everytime I turn around there is an update of sorts and I have to change the order I do things.

The service tech was extremely knowledgeable about the system and he had the ability to walk me through several different features on the phone within a timely manner. I am extremely pleased and it was a great way to start my day! more »

I found the whole process to be very well handled and was particularly impressed with the speed of the resolution and also the courtesy extended by the gentleman who helped me. If all RingCentral employees are of the same high caliber, I can think of nothing that needs to be addressed. more »

Typical customer
Comments: I like the service... I don't have any complaints that haven't already been submitted. Some you can fix... others you can't.
Pros: It works... and
doesn't rely on being anywhere or having any infrastructure to continue to work.
Cons: email to FAX only faxes the attachment... and doesn't also fax the email body.
Recommendations to other buyers: Desktop application needs to be able to administer multiple mailboxes without logging out... and logging in again.
