The rep I had was outstanding in following up with me until we knew it was resolved. I was having a bunch of other internet issues and he was so understanding and patient as we got to the bottom of all of it. Was grateful for the assist. more »

It took some time for some of our phone issues to be fixed (things kept undoing themselves when it looked like all was well so we had to keep trying new things) but I appreciate the help and patience that I received. more »

I opted to call your Support number rather than open a trouble ticket through your website. My call was answered by Rachel Lenderink. She listened to the issue and provided me with an avenue to provide her with more information on our issue so she could work on finding an answer/solution. Rachel was very professional and was quick in providing me with more information about the issue I called about. She made the process easy--great job done! more »

Macy was very attentive and personal, listening to my concerns, asking questions in such a way that I could understand them or clarifying them when I didn't without making me feel inferior or stupid as often happens. She was very patient and even called back after a couple of hours to make sure all was working out. Amazing! I don't believe that has ever happened before! Keep her around. She is great and reflects well on your company. more »

My issue was a misunderstanding with your developer API. While your chat personnel are not trained to answer API questions, they gave me the developer email. I was very pleased to get real help from a developer that addressed my issue simply and easily. more »

I have been using the online fax service of RingCentral going on three years. Price is right and have had no issues with dropped faxes or faxes failed to be received. UI is nice online for viewing fax history and associated smart phone app keeps me notified when a fax is received. I have no complaints and would recommend their online fax service to anyone interested in such a service. more »
