I contacted your customer support line and the individuals there needed to escalate the issue with rcfax through email. I could fax just fine with the desktop app, but not the rcfax. The tier 3 engineer I was provided was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to identify some backoffice issues with old, unreliable protocols that needed to be tweaked to use the updated protocol. He told me that he needed to check some things and call me back, and he did just that, letting me know of the issue and needed for me to test the rcfax by emailing him. All went well. I was very impressed with him and that he honored his word and called me back. Even followed up via email as well. more »

I had to call a couple times to get the issues resolved but each representative I spoke w/ were very helpful and so nice. I had to handle things in between and they were patient with me throughout the whole process. Alex and Michael are amazing and have so much knowledge about RingCentral phone systems. The girl that was at support was extremely helpful and took extra time to make sure I understood conference calls and ran through a practice session to make sure I fully understood. When she wasn';t quite sure of an answer she took the extra time to check into it so she gave me proper instructions. It was one of the most helpful tech support sessions I've ever had. more »

Easily the best customer service I've had in a LONG time from ANYWHERE. I'm an IT consultant, so I'm used to dealing with customer service for various things for our clients. Jasmine single handedly made my day easier by taking the various issues I had from technical to billing related questions and quickly assisted me with what i needed. She triaged everything beautifully and even contacted our onsite tech to assist troubleshooting and then called me back to update on the status. I can't say enough about Jasmine and my experience today, other than THANK YOU for making my life easier. Truly appreciative. more »

The agent was very helpful but there was a minor issue that needed to be resolved after the initial attempt to resolve our notification issue. Outside of that little oversight the experience was very good and she was very helpful, polite, and professional. more »

It took roughly a minute for me to explain my issue. It turned out I did not have an immediate issue to worry about. Though that was good news, it took 5 minutes too long to find that out. The call should have been much shorter than 9 min. Other than that, the rep was very courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Just needs to get to the point so we can end the call and have confidence that the review will be good. more »

In this case, my phone firmware needed to be upgraded. I don't believe I can do that on RC Support. However, Mark was the bomb.com I had 2 issues to resolve. While the phone talk time was long, that was the issues on my end and no fault of Marks. Mark is an outstanding support representative. He stayed with me until my issues were resolved. That is the best support anyone can ask for. No one likes to call in multiple times. Thanks Mark, I appreciate you very much! Rock On!!! Two Thumbs Up!! 5 Star Rating! Thanks again :-) more »

With all due respect it was somewhat of a language barrier with Roy Laurente, and it was difficult to quickly get to our solutions. Additionally, he did not really walk us through and test our system before going live. He was not really able to adequately explain the system, and many of his colleagues were not always helpful as well. We had an extremely difficult launch, and I feel much of it could've been prevented with some proactive involvement on the part of Roy. I did let him know that I was very dissatisfied and would hope for an adjustment of our bill. more »

I was very pleasesed that I could get a hold of someone on Saturday evening. I was having trouble entering my password. After I called, I was able to get my password to take on the Ringcentral. Also, I needed a link to for my Mac Pro laptop. I was emailed the link in a timely manner. I haven't installed the app yet, but I will tomorrow. Thanks. more »

Called a few weeks ago the person was not very knowledgeable did not resolve. This second person was great! Hold time to speak to rep this time was unusually long. Never had to wait that long. All good though. RingCentral is great. more »
