This makes managing quality control for our scheduling department a breeze!
Pros: I like how well organized and easily accessible the audio recordings are plus the recording quality is incredibl
y clear, which has helped tremendously in making sure processes and protocol are being implemented and executed properly.
Overall: It has helped the training in our scheduling department tremendously!
I have no complaints with this software; it has worked exactly as described and done exactly what I need it to do.

Support person was excellent. However, there was a technical issue with the chat line. On chat line messages, I was able to only type one character at a time, then had to move the cursor to type the next character. Very onerous! more »

Holly knew exactly what I was referring to. To bring some one to my screen using web meeting she shared the common link that I need to provide and the meeting ID so that I can use the feature without all my clients having to download the ring central app to their desktop to be able to see my desktop. Sebastian was awesome! He showed me how to make a change to one of the phone lines on our account. Now I know how to properly reassign a phone while keeping the user's extension and phone line assigned to the user. Issue resolved and learned something new. more »

I was impressed with the remote support provided via window sharing. Francis persisted to obtain high quality text to speech audio for my announcement extension, while also letting me know of Lumenvox software. So now I know about Lumenvox to create professional sounding greetings, thereby enabling my small business to seem bigger. I am glad I went with RingCentral! more »

Pros: many many functions to do a lot of things - a lot of extras - getting calls forwarded to cell phones; sending email notifications tha
t contain the message
Cons: it is a voint venture between at&t and ring central and every time we call no one knows if we should be speaking with the ring central reps or the att reps - very confusing

Amazing customer service
Pros: The help that is available with this product is out of this world. They are so friendly and wiling to help in a speedy manner, its great!

Overall great but could use some more refinement.
Pros: Integrates across desktop and mobile apps along with desk phone. Handles both inbound and outbound fax and calls with the same line. Call
quality is good and connections are reliable.
Cons: They really REALLY want you to use their Glip service and for a while the iOS app was asking you to rate their app multiple times a week. There's some quirks such as missed calls don't want to sync between the desk phone and the app.
Overall: Business phone and fax with on demand call recording.

We mainly use for faxing. It is easy to use/navigate; I really haven't had any issues.
Pros: Simple to add contacts. You have the ability to have multiple extensions if needed. It is easy t
o tell where/who the faxes came from and you can respond simply by clicking on the number or contact it came from. You are able to create a cover sheet when uploading the needed file(s). You can easily tell if the full fax was received because it will show the number of pages that are supposed to have come through.
Cons: A couple businesses have had issues sending faxes to us; but the problem is more than likely on their end and not related to RingCentral. Everything else about the software has worked smoothly.
Overall: Easily send and receive faxes without having to worry about the confidentiality of the information included in the faxes.
