I was told that there is no grace. You have to pay your mortgage on the first and I did not see that in writing. Also, whoever is over my account called me at 7 o’clock at night demanding money, telling me that I need to pay them their money they want their money they’re not gonna work with me just harassing me. Don’t ever be late. They are not understanding at all! Very rude and condescending. They say in all the responses I read on here that they want to help yet they don’t.

They are rude they don’t try to work things out you. In less than 24 hours I was threatened twice with foreclosure when I wasn’t supposed to get their call because a payment was made on the day prior. They are creating problems with my marriage my appetite as they call 4 times a day , they are scums and in the last call I put my feet to the ground , they are not here to help me just want to short sell my house , this house is all wrong and when I told them that they said it’s not their problem. They have the worst customer service possible! I have been called names and belittled. They have made everything as difficult as possible to get my payments caught up after I had a pymt come back as an unable to locate account and set me behind a month. Furthermore, I used the same acct to pay my mortgage for 4 years prior to that unable to locate pymt and never had an issue with having the pymt run out b/c the acct was stored on file and never changed, so how it came back that time is unclear. We applied for a chattel loan and was told we needed to fix our DTI and bring in at least 5%, we did and asked for a relook. Were denied again because we now needed 35% fora smaller loond it was also noted that it was denied in part because they were "Unable ta finnce collateral located in ineligible community, co-op. PUD, with this Retailer" Truly disgusting how they treat people and very difficult to work with. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. My recreational loan got bought out by this company and immediately they started hounding me about making my payment on time the very day it was due. The last company I had the loan under said I could pay between the 1st and 15th of each month, had no problems for 5 years. Now I'm receiving emails, phone calls multiple times a day and when I speak to them they talk down to me, harrass me and ask inappropriate and personal questions that they have no business asking. I rate them negative stars, negative 1,000 stars. The supervisor Melissa is a bitch and be littles people for falling behind even after getting caught up. They lie to you, make you feel like you’re a piece of crap! Basically call you a moron. And tell you no more grace periods and tell you they have paid the payment for you to keep the roof over your head out of their pocket, but yet it’s in the persons escrow account in which is money paid in to it. After going threw another insurance company for a lower price it was a run around. Got it set they wanted the 1st year paid in full. Did that my frist payment they still charged me for insurance. Now making my 2nd payment they have not removed the insurance from the payment. My insurance company had contacted them I have also contacted them about this problem. Worst company ever. Even worse customer service. If i had known this they would not have my business.

Worst customer service, they belittle you, Laugh at you, yell at you, they are unprofessional. You can be up to 15 days late then they charge but if you are late 1 day they are already trying to repo or foreclosure your home. They don't work with you or try to understand where you are coming from. They give attitude as soon as you answer the phone or call them.
