BEWARE!! 21st Mortgage Corporation in Knoxville,TN are abunch of theives and liars. I cancelled the ins.that cost over $200 a month and found my own and my payment never go down it went up shortly after and i was told by 21st Mortgage Corporation that the mortgage went up "well New Mexico raised there home Ins.premiums,rates everything." Come to find out they never cancelled the Ins. that was supposed to be cancelled,it was through there Insurance dept. and they picked up the Ins.co I wanted and paid for. Unless you are calling to make a payment, they are supremely unhelpful. I called to ask about refinancing my mobile home months ago, and was told, “you’re $100 under our refinance cutoff limit, we cant help you.” Today, i called to get a payoff quote through June 20th, because I’m selling the home and that’s when the new owners will take over. I was told “we can only do June 15th, our system doesn’t go out that far.” Today is May 24th, but their system can’t go out 30 days? It seems highly unlikely. 21st is quick to approve ... read more

This company’s website does not work half the time the customer service team is rude this the 1st time I’ve been late on my payment because I we were let go early a couple days and the gentleman on the phone was so rude to me and wanted to know exactly why I was gonna be late paying it’s none of there business why I haven’t paid yet and then I go to pay today and no one answers even though there hours are until 8pm so no I don’t recommend this company to anyone!!

I have experienced the worst customer service ever with this company. I called to make a past due payment (24 days) and they started off by demanding to know why I couldn’t make the payment on time. After I shared we’d gotten behind on other bills due to shortened hours they proceeded to tell me this is a bill and it needs to be paid on time. Then proceeded to scold me for 15 minutes saying things such as “there’s no reason you can’t pay this bill on time, you’re just choosing not to”. This was all done by a “supervisor” by ... read more

Horrible company and rude employees. I can’t even pay my mortgage cause their website won’t load and their automated phone hangs up on me. Last time I mailed in my payment after they told me to then they got mad and told me they never said to do that. Then proceeded to harass me when the check didn’t show up in the mail a day later. They bought my mortgage from firstbank without my knowledge and I am not happy with it. Recently I received a bill from 21st Mortgage stating that I owed back fees. I called & I was told it was a total of 17. I requested a receipt of every payment for the past 23 years I've been in my home, in which I've never received from this company. They sent me a log of my payments. My first late fee was 11/2005 & in between 2017. Why couldn't this company have mailed a late fee notice before now? Worst mobile home mortgage co EVER! Their police’s and procedures need to be reviewed. Our realtor and title company had never dealt with a mortgage company like them ever. There is no grace period on your payment. Due in the first late fee on 17th start calling by the 5th. Dictate how you have to make your payment. Can’t pay partial then complete within the same month. As soon as we can refinance when rates go back down we will with our bank. Which banks also make it hard getting lending in mobile homes too. I could go on a... read more
