Horrible costumer services, always tried to get in troubles with your home insurance, trying to get more money from alleging lack of coverage, they do not accept proof of coverage that show that you have the coverage required all the time and with not lapses, and they threaten you with reporting to the credit bureau . I invite all clients from this company to be in contact with me if you want sing a letter again this company.
We bought a mobile home from this mortgage company. We bought it in the winter so was no problems. When it got warmer the mold started, appearing on the walls and under the kitchen sink. I called them to come out and fix it or get another house. They said you signed a paper that it was as is. But the thing was I didn't know how bad the mode was until it started making us sick. My husband was so sick they didn't if he would make it. He had 3 infections, one from the mode. They should never sold this house. It also bad floors.... read more

What was supposed to be a 30 day escrow for the sale of my parents home turned out to be a 2.5 month nightmare, all because of the negligence, incompetence, and lack of sense of urgency from this company. STAY AWAY!!!
My husband and I bought our home back in October 2022, we’ve had nothing but issues with the home & 21st Mortgage. Once your account accidentally bounces back when you’re literally $10 short in the bank account they automatically freeze any options to pay online and 21st mortgage makes it near impossible to make your payments after that. If I can give them a zero I would. They have the worst and disrespectful staff. Kaleb and Mathew manager disrespected and belittle me. Mathew called me immature, said I packed of comprehension and told me I don’t work by choice. The worst mortgage company ever!
I would give them a zero if I could. Worst bank I’ve ever worked with. Literally told me that it was okay for their employee to treat me like dirt and didn’t want to help me at all with my payment that THEY messed up! As soon as I can get my mortgage paid off with them, I will NEVER use them again!

They are intinidating and threating forclosure on a home that is less than 20 days deliquent. They wont offer solutions other than pay us or lose your home. I contacted the comsumer finance protection bureau at consumerfinance .gov and filed a complaint. I suggest others do also.
