This company is just OK to start a loan with but once they get papers signed the ONLY thing they want to hear from you about is your payment. I have NEVER been late on a payment to them since 2019. But I am now struggling because lot rent was raise $200/mo. I got a late notice on my lot rent so called 21st Mortgage to see if I could move the next payment to the end of the loan and they REFUSE because I am late on lot rent. My wife and I have paid on time for over a year, she had replacement knee surgery and we were low on funds so auto draft tried 2 times to take payment which wasn't there, we are now having to money gram payment each month and instead of 300 bi weekly we chose full amount of 610 our pay schedule doesn't fall exactly on 1st so we will pay late fees when we make the months payment, the problem is that 21st has no sympathy for for someone trying to pay but instead relentlessly wants money now and when are you going to pay attitu... read more
They are very rude and unprofessional and will contact you multiple times a day god forbid you to lose your job. Harassing people advise them I'm looking to sell my place so I will be able to get out of this mortgage. Fair warning if you have to do a loan with these people please try using another company. There always changing people to contact you had a lady asked me personal questions about how much disability money I get for my autistic child. 21sr mortgage counselor change each week not there help at all lying need be sued way they treat customers especially so called manager he just disrespecting you. Say mortgage due what do with paycheck. Never use the insurance that offer I did I have leaks in my roof and black mold growing on ceiling and I have small kids they refuse to cover it said they are not liable then what do the insurance cover what I'm asking
Ok, first off for every review I have read. 21st uses the same response to every single one. Do you just copy and paste your response. My story is similar but my mortgage was bought by this horrible company. So I had no choice in the matter. Long story short, my due date is on the 15th of every month. A the seller of a Modular Home I found that this Moortage company had no desire to efficiently manage the process of closing out my loan with Triad Finincial Services or myself. They made no effort to work directly with me and forced me to acquire corrections for small issues and caused me to need to accquire 3 different payoff documents which overall caust me 5 days worth of interest added to the payoff amount. If i could give them 0 stars i would i spoke with Lyndsey Kayleigh Lindsay manager and Ryan in regards to a payment i was making and none of them were wanting to take my payment they were very degrading to me and gave made it impossible to take my payment over the phone and online (they put a lock on my account)
