Horrible company and rude employees. I can’t even pay my mortgage cause their website won’t load and their automated phone hangs up on me. Last time I mailed in my payment after they told me to then they got mad and told me they never said to do that. Then proceeded to harass me when the check didn’t show up in the mail a day later. They bought my mortgage from firstbank without my knowledge and I am not happy with it. Recently I received a bill from 21st Mortgage stating that I owed back fees. I called & I was told it was a total of 17. I requested a receipt of every payment for the past 23 years I've been in my home, in which I've never received from this company. They sent me a log of my payments. My first late fee was 11/2005 & in between 2017. Why couldn't this company have mailed a late fee notice before now? My main question is my payment is due on the 16th of each month & on this log all my payments were posted on the 16th of each ... read more

Worst mobile home mortgage co EVER! Their police’s and procedures need to be reviewed. Our realtor and title company had never dealt with a mortgage company like them ever. There is no grace period on your payment. Due in the first late fee on 17th start calling by the 5th. Dictate how you have to make your payment. Can’t pay partial then complete within the same month. As soon as we can refinance when rates go back down we will with our bank. Which banks also make it hard getting lending in mobile homes too. I could go on a... read more

21st bought out First Bank and when I called to get terms of the new bank and make payment they were super rude I personally spoke with a Kristina *****and her manager and both were super rude!
RUN!! You do not want to use this lender. I have had nothing but headaches since I started my mortgage. Most recently, I called to change my payment date from the 1st to the 15th. I was told that the change would be made if I paid a $337.85 interest payment, I did. The FULL mortgage payment was still deducted from my account at the 1st of the month. Amber ****** and Mackenzie are the first representatives I have spoken to in over a year that showed real customer service skills. I have had many dealings with Isiah and countless others who have been 0 help to me for my issues. We signed in April 2021. Our place was a foreclosure so we purchased from 21st mortgage that came with a 90 day homebuyer warranty.
