Our home was vandalized to the point it was almost condemned! Meth makers came in while we was outta town made meth in our home took all copper and we have paid our mortgage and insurance consistently and first claim we never ever received what was supposed to be and we stayed homeless over a yr to even get help ok with another unfortunate situation a tree fell upon home, we still have not received the money from it. Awful customer service!! No Interest in helping you with anything
21st was good to start. The process of getting the loan was easy. The issues only started after the paperwork was signed. We signed the paperwork but the home was delayed in set up. 21st wanted us to make a payment on a house we didn't even have completely in our possession as a liveable home. Once we got passed that issue of course it set off a downward spiral of domino effect of payments not being due when they say they should. They wanted the 1st I requested the 15th. The damage that the property has is now making everyone in the home sick, the flooding has caused black mold to eat through floors, all walls,floors and molding are consumed by mold. Black. Why is 21st Mortgage Corporation not helping?. Weve just recently been inspected and they say it's in habitable. So what are we supposed to do

This company is just OK to start a loan with but once they get papers signed the ONLY thing they want to hear from you about is your payment. I have NEVER been late on a payment to them since 2019. But I am now struggling because lot rent was raise $200/mo. I got a late notice on my lot rent so called 21st Mortgage to see if I could move the next payment to the end of the loan and they REFUSE because I am late on lot rent. My wife and I have paid on time for over a year, she had replacement knee surgery and we were low on funds so auto draft tried 2 times to take payment which wasn't there, we are now having to money gram payment each month and instead of 300 bi weekly we chose full amount of 610 our pay schedule doesn't fall exactly on 1st so we will pay late fees when we make the months payment, the problem is that 21st has no sympathy for for someone trying to pay but instead relentlessly wants money now and when are you going to pay attitu... read more
They are very rude and unprofessional and will contact you multiple times a day god forbid you to lose your job. Harassing people advise them I'm looking to sell my place so I will be able to get out of this mortgage. Fair warning if you have to do a loan with these people please try using another company. There always changing people to contact you had a lady asked me personal questions about how much disability money I get for my autistic child. 21sr mortgage counselor change each week not there help at all lying need be sued way they treat customers especially so called manager he just disrespecting you. Say mortgage due what do with paycheck. Not satisfied at all they have been so rude maybe one that's responded don't know what mortgage counselor are saying to customers but let say this where is money going at end of year only apply 10 payments to your tax documents and only send 10 insurance payments to tax office I like know where other money going. Never use the insurance that offer I did I have leaks in my roof and black mold growing on ceiling and I have small kids they refuse to cover it said they are not liable then what do the insurance cover what I'm asking
