I think they are money gouging crooks. I have a summons to pay my delinquent bill and I want to pay I have a total of $3003 I owe but when I call to try to pay they dnt want my money they don't give me options or any help. I got a paper from the tax office stating my taxes hasn't been paid September 2021, got a letter in mail March 2022 stating I owe 500+ for interest and taxes, I paid 204.50 on bill, but after talking to my finance the bank was suppose to pay the taxes. When talking to the bank after a week of trying to figure out what happen, the gave the tax the wrong account number that's why taxes wasn't paid. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I received an email about us being behind on the mortgage. so I called to see how much I was behind, and get the address to send my insurance checks. Zero Rating; Rude, Not forthcoming with Information. It's a crock the responses that 21st Mortgage is giving, i.e. "they are sorry", "feel free to call"! Those words are empty, you are not helping the people who are seeking help. My Dad was put in the nursing home of May 2021. We made his last mortgage payment on his mobile home in June of 2021, due to his money being controlled by the nursing home.
