Please please save yourself a ton of time and headaches. Do not , I repeat do not use this lender. They are EXTREMELY slow to process your loan. They really dont give a darn about you as a customer. They have an attitude like anything you call in about is not their problem. Just go with another lender if possible!
So tired of how long they take to process a payment. My bank account is literally tied up for a week because they take so long to process the payment. I can't even make an additional payment which I've been trying to do all week due to this. I've never had a company take so long.
if zero was a rating thats what they need. I have always made partial payments on my loan and every month they bash me on how I dont make my payments exactly as they expect. I am not behind on my payments or ever been and if my second payment is late add the late fee to my payment. Today i called to make my partial payment and was harased for over 20 minutes that my payment was not the full amount and i need to prioritize my finances better to make the full payment. Been with this company for about 6 years.... At first everything was fine and everything was good until a few years later I needed a little help with my payment since I knew I would be behind. Knowing if I got behind it would be very hard to get caught back up out of the whole. Very bad mortgage company to deal with! Charging outrageous mortgage rates! Had a problem right from beginning of loan & now the sale date is December 16th. I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer & they could care less. Merry Christmas to me!

I applied for a loan for a mobile home, which is supposed to be there specialty. Without much information, within 24 hours they approved my loan. I was stunned that it was that quick. I jumped through every hoop they sent, verified every thing they asked for ( which changed a couple times) the last time I talked to a rep on the phone he OK'd everything again and then two days later they denied my loan without warning. Don't think I like the way they do business.

If I could give them a Zero I would. The staff are unprofessional and very rude. They Refuse to work with people whatsoever and I have been called an idiot and a liar . Every month my credit report shows they have added money to the loan instead of taking off the money we pay even though we pay early and have never missed a single payment at all. I Will never Recommend them to anyone as they pretty much are apredatory loan company that refuses to work with people at all.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their customer service is atrocious. They are unprofessional and extremely rude & think they have a right to know about personal lives. I spoke to 2 women, one was supposedly a supervisor who were horrible to me and l was left in tears at the end of the call. This company needs to train their employees further on customer service or fire them. Anyone who treats their customers the way I was treated does not deserve a professional job. -0

Since the first day of the pandemic affected me, I called them and tried to work something out.... Nothing! No help from 21st!! I even called HUD for help and brought 21st in with a 3 way call so they could ask them to help me.... All she could say was..... "nope, can't help you" I tried to send them a payment.... And they fedex it back to me!! WARNING!!!' THEY ARE NOT A FEDERALLY BACKED MORTGAGE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THERE ARE BETTER RESOURCES OUT THERE!!!
