They do not like their customers they will not work with their customers and they take money out of your account without your permission when it's not automatic As far as I'm concerned there are big bunch of scammers that hate customers

Do not do business here unless you like being called twice a day and emailed twice a day if your late on a payment just to be threatened with foreclosure. I am a licensed Realtor and have been in business for over 5 years. 21st mortgage is by far the worst lender I've ever dealt with. Refusal to stand by their word. No one there has any idea what anyone else there is doing. No departments communicate with each other. Rudeness and unprofessionalism are just the icing on the cake.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has been a NIGHTMARE company to deal with. Agents are rude, harassing, and hateful. Where every penny of my hard earned money goes is none of their business. I can understand a question if you're a little late with a payment, however a full blown verbal assault and telling me to "grow up" was uncalled for. I am absolutely at my wit's end with this atrocious company. Tell everyone you know to find any other way possible to avoid doing business with this company.

21st mortgage accepted our application for a loan on a new mobile home. They quoted for a 17 year loan at 8+ % with a 10% deposit. We had to wait for the home to be built and after several months the build date was getting close. At this point 21st mortgage notified us that they needed a new application due to time lapse. We didn't see why this was necessary but went ahead with the new application. Horrible customer service. They expect the mortgage to be paid the first of the month otherwise you are delinquent. They will bombard you with treating email phone calls from multiple representatives. It's nerve breaking. Please make yourself a favor and DO NOT use them. Never again !!!!!!!! It's more like owing a collector.

This is the worst Mortgage company to have. They refuse to except your payments and feel it is their business to question you about your personal life. The staff will lie about their name as well as threaten and harass you.

I don't see how this company has an A+ rating. For years I was never late on my mortgage. I signed up to have the payment automatically withdrawn every month purposely so not to be late. Then, there was a glitch and my bank didn't make a payment for a few payments. I had no idea because in my mind the payments were automatically allotted out. 21st Century is a horrible place to work with. I made it through covid with no income and used years of savings to keep up with all my bills, including 21st century. I needed a couple of months of leeway to at least have emergency fund of five or six hundred dollars back in my savings so I decided to call 21st century and get a deferment.
