DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ! Trying to get a loan for a new house, after getting approved we sent in everything they told us they needed. The Rude woman we are dealing with never let us know she wanted more! When we found out it's to late , they ran our credit again. Approved again. This company harasses us every month if our mortgage isn't paid by the 5th. Our grace period is the 17th of each month. We filed an insurance claim on our home through the insurance provided by the company and they only distributed half of the check and won't give us the other half until our May payment is completed. Which isn't late until the 17th. We have already had the work done and we have people to pay with the insurance check they won't give!

Poor customer service including condescending speech and rude tone with frequent interruptions. It was difficult to offer any explanation of my circumstances. Absolutely no compassion, concern, or desire to listen or consider alternatives.

They are the WORST I have conduct real estate closings for 20 plus years and have NEVER had such harassment towards my client who has a loan from them. Supervisor Danny and his fellow co workers Juan and Felipe in the payoff department deny our request and held our closing of his mobile home for not making the last payment which was being included in the payoff. My family recently sold our home. We applied for a loan to buy a mobile home that was only 75,000. We added the down payment of 7,500. My father and I were on the loan. Due to inflation and rising costs of living, and my hours being cut by a third, we have been late on our payments for a few months, but we always end up paying, were never even two months behind, the problem is when we make a payment online at takes several days to process it, my solution was to mail in our payments rather than do the electronic thing, we are a month behind now because by the time the last payment processed, other bills from creditors came out and the result was our account being over drafted by 1000 dollars... read more

I think they are money gouging crooks. I have a summons to pay my delinquent bill and I want to pay I have a total of $3003 I owe but when I call to try to pay they dnt want my money they don't give me options or any help. I kno I'm not perfect and I sometimes I can't answer their calls because of work. At times I'm so broke I can't afford my own phone bill. I got a paper from the tax office stating my taxes hasn't been paid September 2021, got a letter in mail March 2022 stating I owe 500+ for interest and taxes, I paid 204.50 on bill, but after talking to my finance the bank was suppose to pay the taxes. When talking to the bank after a week of trying to figure out what happen, the gave the tax the wrong account number that's why taxes wasn't paid.
