    I really enjoy the people that work for 8X8. They have always shown me to cared about my technical issues and have demonstrated interest in treating me like a valued member and not just a number they could care less to lose. I have enjoyed the fact that they keep innovating their system to provide more value to their customers. when I was shopping for an office telephone system I shopped at ATT I shopped Time Warner and all I experienced with these two gigantic companies were headaches as they cant even keep with their traff... read more

    PETS Referral Center is a small animal emergency and specialty hospital in Berkeley, Ca. Our busy practice has outgrown the existing space and when faced with the need to expand to an adjacent building across the a parking lot, 8x8 VOIP services filled an essential missing piece. We are able to have a unified phone service that extends to a separate building allowing us to seamless communicate as if all services were housed in the same building.

    For me, it's being able to look back on the call log. A customer complained to a co-worker of mine that I had an unsatisfactory conversation with her that supposedly took place the day before, which wasn't true.     Working for a small company, everyone needs to step in and do what they can to help the team. Using 8x8 Communications helps us prioritize our time and efficiently handle calls and communications both internally and externally to make the most of our time. Without the benefit of 8x8 features such as viewing voicemails in our inbox that are accessible anywhere we can access email, we might miss out on potentially urgent messages or waste time listening to lots of voicemails days later.

    Constantly having problems connecting phone calls and hearing people on the other end. Have to switch audio from displayport every time I open application, doesn't automatically log activity type in Salesforce when using the integration.
